Why BATT 4DAT exists
It's easy to lose track of which batteries you have, which devices need them, and what's about to expire. BATT 4DAT keeps your battery stock and devices together, shows what's overdue or due soon, and includes a battery guide covering chemistry, capacity, safety, and storage.
The 4DAT way
Every 4DAT app is built on the same few rules. Here is how BATT 4DAT follows them:
- Your information stays on your device. Your devices, battery stock, notes, and photos are saved on your iPhone or iPad. Photos stay in private app storage, never go to your camera roll, and are never uploaded.
- An account is optional. Use BATT 4DAT without one. Sign in with Apple or Google only sets your identity on the device, kept in the Keychain. There is no BATT 4DAT account server, and in-app delete erases everything.
- We keep only what a feature needs. 4DAT receives nothing; the App Store label is "Data Not Collected". If you sign in, Apple or Google confirms who you are and returns an identifier (plus your name and email if you allow it), which stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
- No ads and no tracking of you. No ads, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs.
- Supported honestly. Free for up to 10 devices and 10 battery entries. BATT 4DAT Premium is an optional $6.99-a-year subscription for unlimited tracking and expiry reminders. Reorder buttons open Amazon searches, marked #ad, and may earn 4DAT a commission.

BATT 4DAT is built by Frank Castle, founder of 4DAT LLC in Florida. Frank is an engineer who has spent his career on systems that have to work when it counts. 4DAT is how he builds everyday tools: simple, private, and yours.
Frank is also an author. His novel Spartan Code: Red tells the story of Red Platoon.
